There is news in the market that dha bahawalpur has completed the land acquisition process of phase 1. How do you see the impact of this news on its prices? Will they sky rocket and never reach to today's prices of around 27.5 lacs? Should one hurry to buy it or still see how they perform till elections?

The prices might not sky rocket but would gradually increase for sure. Multiple events are forefront in Dha bahawalpur. With end of new supply of affidavit files and probably with increase in demand due to upcoming balloting, direct access from city and likely possession in december; the market would definitely continue to increase.
Agree with kashif…the prices are bound to raise upon achievement of each milestone.
