How is it for long term investment?

There was Roshani estate ceo interview on zameen.com tht concluded land still not acquired, as enough required and Balloting wl be in Dec.
there was also an update by a agent on zameen ad. Tht town planning is under progress in lahore.

Gurus r mostly busy with Islamabad and karachi markets. :( Gujranwala is big too.
One thing i learned about is; original / raw land price before scheme launch. Land price on which housing scheme is being started / proposed.
If the land price is alrady good thn aftr project launch if files prices fall down before balloting or development it wll not like sky fall but if land price was already low ie. Dha multan case thn chances r more tht files prices wll cm down fr sure.
