Which one do you think i should buy right now? I am getting many mixed opinions from dealers it’s getting very confusing! Dha multan or dha guj which one will have better returns in the near future and which is a better buy right now??
The dha gujranwala is facing alot of problems as the property which has been bought includes a huge amount of evacuee property and on other hand the dha multan is pretty much not going to face these kind of issues and the file rate of dha gujranwala is still thriving so all in all its upto your personal investment .
DHA multan is better option since its balloting is on 31st of July and there are chances of short term gain,
