Can the experts here review this option for house construction purpose in 3 years time.
The location shown on the website is close to river bank.
Would it be wise to go for these plots?

These blocks are just opposite to block F and if you see the price parity between these two & F, it could give unexpected profit at possession, In Shaa Allah.
Plus as I said in another thread that block F is directly attached to IH but now access is through A & B due litigation of a small section. After clearance, access will be very close to Highway.
