Hi all, I want to buy a 5 Marla plot in DHA Phase 9 not for investment but to build my house as I will be coming back to Pakistan permanently in December. It's in my range around 4 million. I want to ask when people will get possession here and how long it will take for becoming this place liveable. And do you guys suggest any other society in DHA surrounding area in this budget.

DHA Phase-9 will take atleast 8-9 years to become liveable. Please discuss it with few other informed people and then go for this buying.

Go for DHA Town Phase-9. There u can get 5-Marla plot in 4-Million and its possession is expected in 5-6 months. After possession i think it will take 2-3 years to become liveable.
Phase 9 town be liveable by 3-4 years. You can look into Paragon. They have given possession to 5 marla plots in woods block and they will cost from 2.5-3.5 million. Its a good society near phase 7 and phase 8.
Its good suggestion. Paragon is good choice in this budget
Phase-9 is good but if one can wait for at least 6-7 years.
