Sorry to say, but alot of estate agents play around too much, in case the deal is final and the buyer is from another city, on his arrival to finalise the deal they will increase the price by saying owner has done this. Now imagine the cost guy has to bear to reach to the file owner city and spending 2 3 days in guest house or hotel. This has happened to one of my relative.
