Is it a good time to invest in dha serene city/bahria garden city ?.If yes, 1 kanal or 10 marla and at what price for well located level plot?
Sharjeel, DHA Serene City? I haven’t heard of it.

It was formerly known as Bahria Garden city and is being taken over by DHA
I bought one plot there 4 months ago. I am not sure but I have heard prices have gone down there.
BT Garden city zone 5-9 are mostly developed and as DHA Is custodian, it is being believed that it will appreciate.All roads, public places will be still staying with BT.
