I am overseas Pakistani and I have one plot in DHA valley.
Last week I finally receive my allotment certificate and accounts statement.
This is an open file right?
On the allotment certificate it says that "file should be re-opened or transferred before closing date" which is 20th March 2014 - what will happen if I do not do this?
How do I re-open or transfer if living abroad? Also should I have received any other documents?

brother, i would suggest you to call DHA Authorities directly and discuss the matter with them. There might be some other documentation required for transfer or re-opening the file.

Need nt 2 worry, its dha, nt SABZI MANDI dat they will cancel ur file/plot.
Plz visit their website n check updates.Also contact in their head office, send sm 1 to their head office its a better option.

I did not receive letter. I purchase a plot in DHA Valley.
I received one Allotment Certificate - which has DYI number
I received one Account Statement which shows 11 instalments paid
That is it.
Is this enough proof to show that I am owner of the plot? The documents do not have my name on it..
