Is dha valley safe to invest in?

Also, is it better for long term or bahria phase 8 extension/phase 9.

Dear dawood ahmed Its a long term investment good but minimum for 3 to 5 years.Right now prices are low there almost you can get a plot in -250000 but this investment is a long one it will take time

Dha valley is best for investment , its low cost housing scheme 5 marla plot price 525,000 to 6 lac, 08 marla plot price is 675,000 to 8 lac. All dues cleared.

Possession expected in two years.
