I am living on rent for the last 30 years, i am a salaried person, please let me know if there is any project without down-payment, where i can live and pay total cost as rent and one day become owner.
In new projects there is always downpayment. But these projects will be constructed after some years as from downpayment builders start the construction activity. So you won't be able to live in.
From what you've written, the only solution is to get mortgage from a Bank or HBFC and buy a house or apartment. But, you have to contribute some money of your own - around 10-20% of the cost of the house/apartment.
