If planning to purchase a plot in Rafi Block Rwp, what are the disadvantages or problems I can face in terms of construction… Like cracks? Landfilling issues? Also heard something about illegal/controversial land, cases in court? Are those things real or just rumors?
I also like rafi block , the view and the broad roads but heard about filling land and SC takht pari issue and thats y didnt bought a plot over there
I suggest go for phase 8 Block G . The part which is close to Umar Block .Its at height, solid land ,Possession area and prices still in the range .All 10 marla plots their.
