Sir, B-17 is the better option than E-16 today and after two years. B-17 will elevate further after completion of Margalla road while E-16/17 (Roshan Pakistan and CDECHS) would have little affects. Also, development is much better in B-17.
Do visit D-17 too a bit cheaper than and much far away from Margalla hills crushing zone.

B-17 is better option. Its pretty much developed and Construction is in full swing.
A good return can be expected investing in Block E or F.

Yes, B-17 is much better option…but it will only be livable once Margalla Avenue is built.
Cabinet society has far better location than B-17, only 05 km away from G-15; in my view will click & surpass B-17 with the passage of time.

Its upto you, whether you want to live, invest, if want to live what is your first priority.
anyhow societies near new airport is more developing and on high rise, like Top city, Mumtaz, gandhara , airport enclave Faisal Town. D.17, B17 are also in range.
