Eighteen project on Srinagar Highway is apparently quite an expensive housing project but where will it get its entrance on the Srinagar Highway?
Asking this question because this entry point will definitely have impact on the prices of other societies in the vicinity and can be good for investment point of view.
Which societies will have an effect by this?

Eighteen claims to have interchange approved somewhere in G17 on Srinagar hw. Which roughly falls on old M2 interchange. That is between Eighteen and G-16.
Yes, G-16, G-15, Eighteen and Faisal Town will benefit from it.
Yes, apparently 3 societies, all of them under RDA have got interchanges approved under public-private development from respective Highways/Motorways. To-date these include:
-- Top City (Srinagar Highway)
-- Eighteen (Srinagar Highway)
-- Capital Smart (LHR-ISB Motorway)
** University Town may be the biggest winner of that interchange in case 18 doesn't block right of way
Yes, I was also thinking the same that the percentage increase may be the greatest for University Town.
And I-16, I-15 and I-14 will also rise if this interchange is materialized.

An entrance is already available near University Town as per the high court’s order.
