Saw faisal town b block -- development ongoing
30 x 60 plots / files at good location are sold at 13-16 lac profits
Decided to invest in 1 30 x 60 plot in f-18 b block and 1 30 x 60 plot file in f block b-17
Wont be able to find a single on ground plot in g-16 even in 50 lac

Dear Raheel what ever the Intentions are I would strongly suggest the B-17. The reasons can be many. I would like to list few of them below.
Most of the Area of B-17 has the CDA Noc. While the Faisal town doesnt. It is under RDA.
The development, amenities are way up. Like it has facilities like clubs and many more.
The Location of the Faisal town is no doubt very good. But the water level at the place is very low. You might have heard that water availability with the Airport, That once made the news.
B-17 has been almost fully developed with all the facilities and prices still lesser than the Faisal Town.
