I wonder for investment purpose what perspective paf housing societies in lahore and islamabad have on this forum? I have not seen paf tarnol but have visited fazaia lahore recently and the development is impressive. Any guidance on investing in 1 kanal plot in these socities?

Fazai Lahore have good location
If that locality suits you, then Fazaia lahore is very good in terms of investment. There is only one drawback in it. I.e. Plot front width is 5 feet lesser than standard... Its 45 x 100... Where as standard KANAL plot dimensions you will find most of areas is 50 x 90 feet.
Opposite to Fazaia on sharif medical complex road... There is one more Kanal+ plots society waiting for its final possession...Sui Gas phase-2... Do check it also.
Don't know about Fazaia lahore but paf tarnol is long term investment
I visited the society it didn't attract me at all
