For the time being they’ll come down to their original genuine price and will go up to 30% plus in some time like a year or more
I also think prices will come down a bit or at least not further increase. The actual sustainable increase will come only with on ground development in these societies and when genuine buyers will start comming in. However the future of zone 2 is no doubt bright.
