If you need expert opinion dont go for FMC.
Go for Faisal Hills or B17
Hills is way too off mainstream ISB, unless Taxila is what you want and too pricey!
What about Faisal Residencia. The day development kicks off one can earn good returns.
Yes, khalid sb Residencia seems quite promising but long due is its NOC and land acquisition etc.
Faisal Hills is doing much better then FMC. First Priority is FMC and then Faisal Hills.
Sir, lets simplify it: FT, FH, FR (later on) and FMC are pretty much 4 different shows run by the same man and we all know him. The guy pretty much mastered dealers games and he knows when to start and end that game and at which of his 4 projects + B-17/MPCHS!
In the long run, FMC will outperform FH whether one wanna invest or retain!
