Dear brother its a private town launched by gm of mpchs. Initial noc is approved by RDA not CDA its a good investment as its on installments, plus development standards ll be high there inshallah

Dear Blue doctor development work will begin in october according to management of faisal town map is not released in market it will take a bit time. Its a good time to invest there but dont expect very fast returns from it as it will take a bit time after intial infra it will give some good returns, according to management, development standards will be high there in my personal opinion its a good investment from next 2 years as u have to pay in installments.
