My father purchased a plot in g-16 phase ii like 10 yrs back on instalments. Still there is no development, though phase i is fully developed (to my knowledge).
Do you think there is some potential in g-16 phase ii or we should sell this plot? Furthermore, if it is good in terms of investment/living to have a plot in phase i.

Market is better , sell it out
Soon development is going to start in g-16 phase 11, its better to hold it 6 month. Its time to buy and hold... F-16 development is also going to start in 8 to 10 month.

I have a related question. Whats about g-17? How safe it is? At the moment, one can get plot under 1 m for 1 kanal (is that true).
Any idea, when the development will start there and how much can be the development charges.
