Future Of Wapda Town ISB.

I had been bothering u no f times 4 my better understanding. Im interested 2 invest rs 1.6 to 2 million in any area f isb. I feel zone 2 has better prospects as completion f margallah avenue ll make hell f difference in days 2 come. I hav nt made my mind abt size f plot, my only aim s 2 earn well n next 3-5 yrs. Reliable places where investment s qabza free s f utmost importance, colonies under development wich may hand over possession n 2-3yrs or more also suits me. I request all f u 2 give ur valuable expert opinion plz.

I think wapda town is good, development of a,b,c blocks in progress and possession in 1 to 2 years. Awt also good, recently interchange on motorway approved.

Dear sir, In your budget i will suggest you f-16 or cabinet. F,16 is non possession area expected development is with in 6 month whereas cabinet is developed sector 2 to 3 families are living there and about 10 houses are under construction in which 7 are near to its completion.Its 2 k ahead from tarnol phatak and has a direct link with g_t road.

Wapda town in c-19 islamabad No noc as of yet No underground electricity 40 feet streets Rest about its reputation i cant comment from inversters point of view and Property dealers point of view. Dear all, Plz advice if anyone has any info about wapda town

G-15 4080 price is around 85 lack and in f-15 4080 price is around 50 lack and in f-16/4 40*80 plot before nallah is around 30 lack. So we can simply guess f-16/4 price is low and have high potential to come up considering other side plot rates.And also in g-16 prices is high.

F-16/4 is charming place to invest for one year..

I am a stupid man but mr tahiir advise touches my heart

I think i am in a similar boat like you being in us i have the least of ideas of real state in pakstan but have started taking innterest as i am inshaallah moving back soon.I also think due to margalla ave d-17. B-17 are hot sectors. New airport: top city and mumtaz city and finaly pechs(overpriced) are good options. Their prices have not swollen enough so even if the bouble burst phenomenon does happen in realstate like the rest of the world these areas will be least affected. I have reservatios abut top city and mumtaz city though. I do not know their legal status and facts underneath the tip of the iceberg. I for some reason feel like they might be bogus by visiting their official website and stuff but i could be totally wrong as i am stupid man when it comes to giving advises in this area.

Aoa all, Plz put us wise on wapda town, its future prospects and reputation of its builders and management of the society. Above all, is it a good investment for next 4-5 years... Waiting anxiously plz...
