I am living abroad,in 2013 i send money from abroad to pakistan and buy two plots in jinnah garden, these plots were on my father name. Now i am planning to transfer those plot to my name. Is there any way that my father transfer these two plot as a gift to me or any other cheap way that i can transfer these plot to my name.
Is there will be any tex i or my father need to pay in order to transfer these plots?
How is the process in jinnah garden plot transfers work, should the society allow my father to give these plots as a git to his son ?
