I bought a 500 sq yd plot in 2004, i paid half in december 2004 and than the remainder in march 2005.
I have got the allotment letter and certificate.
I went to society two years ago and first they couldn’t find my file and than they asked for 6 lakh for development charges and i requested that i have something in writing with regards to that and even emailed them a few times but have nothing in written to request the charges so should i pay or wait?
Is there anyone who bought in 2004-05 for 1.3 million and have they paid any extra development charges? As company doesn’t reply. I’m a little in suspicion to whether i should pay as they first said they said it was sold to someone in lahore and than found.

That is my area. They took solid 20 years just to construct the min gate. If possible sell your plot and come in some good society.
