New booking of Gulberg Residencia Islamabad closed, is this appropriate time to invest in files by paying on money to the seller?
I don’t think so, Star Marketing will come again with a new booking very soon.
Thankx Nasir sb , but the new booking if opened would be too far from the highway , buying in the nearby blocks on resale is a good investment?
Why not go to Bahria-8 in the same zone ?

New booking prices shall be a lot higher though. Look at farmhouses is prime example as first initial booking was fairly cheap, then when gulberg started there new marketing campaign a few months ago prices of farmhouses were almost double.
Gulberg launched 8 marla plot for 708900 4 year back for their employes , afterwards it advertised 8 marla for 14 lack (star marketing)then 16 in six months now 18 but booking closed
