Salam everybody,
I have a simple question on buying a residential property in islamabad.
Whether to buy a kanal plot in gulberg islamabad or cda sectors near airport. The objective of investment is simply better return in 3-5 years.
I understand that both these options have been discussed in detail, however, just need to prioritize based upon a simple criterion i.E. Expected return after 3-5 years.

I think cda sectors are more better option, go for sectors
