I have about 2 million rupees and want to invest either in bahria phase-8 ext or gulberg or b-17 for 2 to 3 years. Please advise me what is better and the prices of the plots in these schemes. If there are nay other schemes please let me know also.
BT phase 8 and B 17 both are good for future but seems out of reach in 2 m. Experts dealing that societies can shed more light on current prices of BT and B17.
Gulberg is a good option in your budget as it's prices are increasing and will bring good returns in future too.
Yes agree with Appcake B 17 and phase 8 is out of your budget now you should go for gulberg now
