It is ministry of health soceity its safe and good option while purchasing plot try to purchase agood location plot. I hope its a good option to investbecause price is reasonable at the moment.

The government backed housing projects are mostly considered safe for investment purposes. However, you are on your own for making sure that the seller and agent you are dealing with are authentic ones.

Hi, It's a fine place to invest as far as i know. Also phase 2 is extremely close to the motorway interchange.

Dear hammad E 18 gulshan e sehat is a good option but not very near to main gt road access is on fateh jang road facilities are there it will take 2 or 3 more years. However prices are reasonable there not bad for long time investment.
Also consider d-18 and pechs. Both option r better then e-18.
For investment purpose, nowadays, i16 is good, here prices r increasing now. Pechs also good for investment.
