Help needed with plot locations

Dear gurus, i need some advice please. I'm being offered two plots, at almost the same rate. Everything else is the same, except one of the plots lies right in the middle of where 2 streets form a "t". I've tried to explain in the attached image (plot b in the image attached).

The other plot is on the same street, after a few plots. It's a normal plot (plot "a" in the attached image).

These are non-posession plots, so i can't judge by visiting.

Could anyone please guide me as to which one is the better option, and why.

It really depends on the view one gets from B. If it's some sort of valley view and not so crowded street B is to go for. Otherwise every jackass will land on door in the name of taking a turn for their car/bike etc.

If it's not crowded (too much traffic turning right and left from that T junction), B is to go for, as I see it ...

The terrace view post evening can be good and much extended with no house in front! Assuming it to be likes of BT/DH or similar sort project?
