And how is I-16 going in general and I-16/3 going in particular, as someone has suggested me to buy a plot in I-16. Thanks
If you want to build house immediately than I-14 is preferred but If you could hold the investment of 2-3 years than I-16 can give you better ROI.
Which sector in I-16 is better and what is the market rates if anyone can share please?
I’ve been advised that I-16/3 is better for the reason that PHA flats (big project) are under construction in I-16/3 which will boost the prices once completed in the near future, inshallah.
