Aoa, need experts opinion to compare i-12,e-12 and e-16 (cabinet division), which place is good for residential purpose. Also if some one can update about the development status of these sector it will help to finalize my option.
I think e-12 is going well these days. In an earlier discussion at this forum, e-12 is suggested a good place for living than for investment. However, its development is still a question. Experts at this forum can guide further whether e-12 is going to be developed in near future or not.
E-12 is undeveloped. Old residents of e-12 villages are now agreed for allotment of plots in i-12 against their build up property. Development expected in near future.
I-12 undeveloped. Award announced in 2009. Development on cards. Development easy as compare to e-12.
E-16 developed u can construct home. 200 bags cement incentive is announced by cdechs for construction of house.
