I-12 vs I-15

Can someone please guide me about an investment in I-12 and I-15. Which one is a better option? Is there any land dispute that these sectors could not be developed?

Better option is I-14 or I-16 as possession is ready there in I-12 and I-15 possession is the main issue and will take time

But in I-14 i saw that many plots are so deep that if you stand at the edge of the plot it seems you are standing on a cliff and there is a valley where there should be a 'plot'. But on the map, the plot has a number and someone may think that it is a beautiful 'corner plot'.

How and when will this sector be populated with that kind of topography?

Dear pk U r right in i 14 many plots are in depth if some one is buying there he should visit that plot to check the level. It will take another 2 or 3 years to be populated
