I am interested in Islamabad Co-operative Housing Society (ICHS)...... I want to know the following:
ICHS, where abouts is it near the NEW airport? (Exact Location, i.e near PECHS or Jang Fateh etc...?)
How far is it from Top City-1, Mumtaz City and AWT?
What are all the different sized plots? (i have seen 5 marlas and 1 kanal)
Is it fully developed? --->Why are 5 marlas going cheap?
What are the AD/Disadvantages of ICHS? (i.e, Good Access, which side airport, yet developed or not, long term investment, or short term etc....)
Finally, is it worth investing there, considering i have heard rumours it is the same people that set up, which i invested in many years ago (SSECHS) Senate Secretariat Employees Cooperative Housing Society and yet not a single soul received possession, so......I would like to know what im buying, ANY NEWS ON ICHS, would be appreciated.!...
