Considering Bahria Town phase 8 which block is good for long and short time investment plus any other Bahria Town RWP project which is consider to be best among all Bahria projects for long and short term investment?

For investment purpose; I think its not bad to buy 5 or 10 Marla file in under development blocks (K, L, M) of Phase 8. Its possession is due in 2014. Once possession is announced; its price would definetly increase substantially.
