Increase in dha phase 5 - sector f prices

Hi senior members, i have observed increase in prices in sector 5, especially sector f prices in dha 5 islamabad. What is the reason behind it? I don't see such activity in other parts of islamabad.
Ps: i am not in pakistan, so apologies in advance if its a really dumb question :)

Surprising statement. Seems like OP hasnt been observing other parts of islamabad but only focused on dha 5.

Yes I am a bit more focused on DHA 5 here :slight_smile: So prices have increased recently all over islamabad?

More and more people are now preferring DHAs over bahria town, supply and demand raising plot prices in all DHAs except DHA valley. In fact dha valley is also good for minimum 2-3 years look ahead but only for the balloted blocks.

Generally, yes, overall appreciation is being seen in twin city properties.

If it has to be DHAs, then DHA-3 army allocation plots.

But if you get my personal wonderful experience then buy several 5 marla plots in bahria phase-8, sector L.

In Shaa Allah, within 6 months, appreciation is highly likely as still there is room if plot is near to the " elephant chowk", on cutting terrain and no depression more than 3 feet at back side.
