Need advice about Gulberg Islamabad or Bahria Enclave profitable 5-8 marla as investment.
Dear sohail Enclave old map is now a days in good profit but new map is not good. Enclave is a good investment but you have to wait for 2 years development standard is v good there. In gulberg my personal opinion is that all dues clear plots( possession in december) are better investment then new installments plot. As in december it will get possession and prices will improve.
