Dear respector advisers and experts, salam. I am in islamabad these days on my vacations. I wanted to invest around 50 lakh here. First priority is plot and 2nd priority is flat with rental income. Kindly seeking advice for safe investment as i will leave it for 3-4 years

For investment purpose plots are always better option without any headache if you purchase flat in your budget rent will be 20 to 23k per month depend on your tenant who give you rent on time.
In your budget if you are overseas than go to safe option.
1-Bahria Garden City zone-5A 5 marla
2-Dha-3 sector B 5 marla
3-Bahria Orchard 3 plots 5 marla(long term investment)
4-CBR-2 is reasonable option(long term investment bad access)

Nadeem sb advices are good and if you need closer to ur intended locations then in your budget I-16 is desirable. There are good future plan in the vicinity such as medical city and new jail and RRR.
