Investment in Bahria Enclave

Hi I am interested in investing in Bahria Enclave, or after some time I might construct it.

Firstly kindly tell me how could you rank investment in Bahria Enclave in these days

And secondly it seems that Bahria has closed the selling of plans, how can I purchase a 5 or 8 Marla plot now, some partial installment paid plots are available in resale market, but their prices are varying too much even in equally paid plots, whether plots have been allotted there? so that different prices are due to different locations.

I am also unaware of the initial installment plan, can anyone provide me that?

Dear Adnan Bahria enclave investment is good as development work is impressive and i also heard that bahria has closed selling. in market there are multi kind of prices depends on location and dealers :). Initial installment plan for a 10 marla plot, i think so 4 lac 8 thousand was down payment and and 9 installments of 288000 quarterly dont remember exact amount of 8 marla.
