Is d-17, mvhs good for investment and living purpose in the future?
I'm thinking to invest in a 2 kanal plot which is about 1.2 crore. Plot is on a 80 feet road and open front.
All basic necessities: gas, electricity, water is available.
30x70 which is about 60 lakhs.
1 kanal = 80 laks to 1 crore.
Should I invest in small plots or the 2 kanal? If i go for the 2 kanal will it sell fine in 1-2 years with good profit?
