I am an overseas pakistani... I am looking to invest in islamabad but literally very confused where to invest...
Please suggest whether is it worth investing in dha 5 (block a, b, c)??? As a mid term investment or investing in i-14 or g-16/3 or 4.
It will be highly appreciable to get the response and guidance from seniors & experts.

If you like to follow the investment tide - CDA zone 2 is in investment/growth lime light. All neighboring societies closer to New Airport are seeing improved access, profit growth and increased investment. Better go for those who are authorized and ideally with possession.
In Particular, CDA sectors with possession like I-16/14/12 can be safer with good long term and short term aspects.
Before buying anything in G-16/3, check the status of plot on ground. Cuz more than half land of G-16/3 is still non-developed/possessioned.
