There are some portions (apartments) available in Khayaban-e-Amin society just in 16 lac.They are better for gaining.
And if you want to invest in land then in my opinion DHA Rehbar phase 1, Khayaban-e-Amin and Fazaia Housing Societies are better in Lahore on Defence Road opposite Valancia Town Lahore.

I would suggest Khayaban e Amin because of its relatively low prices, installments plan and massive development. do let me know if you want to invest. i have some good options.
