Its quite good, was even better but now prices on quite high, though still not that out of bound (per market rates) but the apartments they have are quite bigger size, I guess 3 or more beds etc.
500 - 700 sq. ft. suits best for rental. Look out for projects in D-Markaz or Top City, if pure investment in the intention.
