I need sincere advise where to invest for construction of home in the future as i plan to move from khi to isbd.
Dha phase 3, bahria phase 7/8 or zaraj housing society, what is the best option among that with budgent ranging 60-70 lacs.

Dha 3 (serene city) or bahria phase 8 overseas 3,7 or E, F1 and G. Phase 7 not good in my opinion.

Hi, I’m a karachiite as well and I build a 5 marla second home in Islamabad and that is in Naval Anchorage. May be, it can be a viable option for you as well.
Bahria town is not in Islamabad.

For home construction purposes you are ok on budget, all the stated options are good. DHA3 is less populated but Phase 7,8 and Zaraj are nicely populated with all the facilities available.
