I want to invest for both short term and mid term .Total amount is about 12-14 million .Options available are:
A.For short term-10 marla plot in phase 2
Sector a-j for about 70-85 lac
B.Mid term -10 marla in phase 2 sector n,p,q
For about 55-60 lac or
1 kanal file in dhai phase 4 for about 35-
40 lac
Please advise on these investment options or let me know if you have a better suggestion.
Shajeel sb…First of all there is no reasonable plot for 70 to 85 lacs in A to J…A reasonable plot is of worth 1 crore in A to H and for 83 to 92 lacs approx in sector J but sector J is not recommended…I would recommend you to opt for a top height good location plot in either of K,L,M sectors…This is one of the feasible options…
