It was just a gamble, people have already earned alot from this project, from the last 3 years they are advertising new booking still they have more land, just imaging how much will be the total number of plots.
Too much spending on advertisement, which is added as premium on plot prices. I sincerely hope they also match their delivery with marketing. But what I have heard and read on this forum, I would be careful until some results are delivered.

On topic, a very good project, the only drawback is its prices, which is too high, the best time to invest there is already gone.
Its a long time project, Min it will take 5 to 6 years if all things goes well. So dead investment and risky as well. Coz they do not posses all the land as per my knowledge
