I am planning to purchase a plot file on installment in rosan pakistan e16. Is it safe to purchase a plot there. Need expert opinion
It looks like they are selling more files in roshan Pakistan, .
Some People haven't got any plot from past 12 years who paid installments already,
Cda already cancel NOC of Roshan pak scheme due to illegal selling of plots, and also masterplAn is not according to cda . So no gas connection
Future of the society doesn't look bright to me,
I recommend this society to those people who have limited budget and genuine buyers(lower middle class) and looking to construct house under 10million in isb,
I advice you buy possession plot only ,
I agree with Raja Waqas, buying plot on installment is not a good option as the society has limited land and i think all available plots are allocated to owners so no future of files in RP. Go for on ground plot only that is safe.

Avoid RP. If you are low on Budget explore the following:
FOECHS, CBR2 (AGAINST LAND FILES), UP-COUNTRY ENCLOSURES All these options are near to I-16 belt. CBR2 option is the cheapest one but still far better than RP.
