Islamabad DHA-4, DHA-5 or Bahria Enclave - 1

Hi all,

What do you recommend from the list below for investment ?

1. Dha phase 4
2. Dha phase 5
3. Bahria Enclave-1

I would prioritize it rather this way.

1-Dha 5

2-Bahria Enclave 1

3-Dha 4

Dha is a long term investment, Enclave has great potential for short term gains

Dha 5 is definitely not a long term investment.Secondly the room for growth is not much there in enclave when compared to dha.

At the moment Bahria Enclave-1 going good even Bahria don't have NOC.

Dha phase5 is better option.

Waheed, look at the people who have bought property in DHA vs Bahria. DHA plot owner got benefited (except DHA valley, becuase again Ch Riaz did that). So my advice, only go for DHA. Secure risk and max gain in DHA.

Hi Aftab,

Thanks a lot for your honest advice. I personally had a bad experience with BT. I purchased Enclave-2 file in 1200K and sold it in 680k.

Now BT scares me.
