I think in my research phase 8 or in all other places, there are 3 type of plot level,depressed and height. So what plot should one buy? Will there be any problem in construction of heighted plot. Thanks
Heighted one is generally independent of soil quality under it. Heighted ones are for top views and reflects exclusive location. Generally speaking, hesighted one by default has to have level and solid land under it!
Heighted = Solid/Leval Land + Top View
A plot is either filled or non filled. For filled it depends how much soil was filled into the plot during development.
Most height level plots are cutting areas and not filled up.
Filling plots could mean basement or pilling which will add up to the cost.
