Ali Brother, size of the plot doesnt matter but its value really matters from investments point of view.
Right now, 5-Marla file in DHA phase-9 @ 18.60 lacs is good option for you if you want to keep it for 5-yrs. Very secure & potential investment.
@Saadi brother, eme phase-2 file is cheaper coz of some issues like location uncertainity. It is just like DHA valley of Lahore. Phase-9 is much more promising in this budget right now.

Ali Brother, Bahria is not advised in current situation for short term as well as long term. Right now, Bahria focus is karachi only so Pindi & Lahore are ignored for short term. For long term, nobody knows what will happen to Malik Riaz or what would be his policy as it changes overnight.
As you are investing for long term for ur daughter so your first priority should be secure investment & second priority should be profitable investment thats why i advised you 5-Marla file in Phase-9 Lahore which fits for both objectives. Today, its price was 18.70 lacs, just for ur reference. Once u buy it, put the file in locker and dont look at the daily price fluctuation. InshaAllah, u would love ur this investment decision after 5-yrs.

br Asad, with the current devaluation in rupees - I don't see saving as a good option, secondly with money in the pocket , there is always an excuse for spending elsewhere. DHA 10 any idea when is expected to launch. Thanks
