I have a female family member who is living in lahore and who usually has to live on her own due to some circumstances. Construction of house is out of question but if she was to buy a house/apartment, what would be the best housing scheme/apartment project for this purpose. I am thinking of factors like safe community, close to main city areas, easy to acquire homes that are well-built.
