University town
CBR Town Phase II and ICHS are the best low cost investments and both are cooperative socieites . They will benefit in medium and long run. All NOCs are clear. Development in process but at very slow pace.
Kindly advise among ICHS and Kashmir model town which one will be comparatively high yield long term investment and why.
Not sure about tomorrow or long term but will all NOCs & Possession around I would go for ICHS, at this stage.
But new blocks of ICHS has land issues, So only go for possession blocks in ICHS.
Whats about Soan gardan phase 2 its next to ichs
For the time being, advice would be to stay away from Soan Garden 2. ICHS is a bot far but possession area is good and quite cheap. ICHS is somehow offering plots at a same price that some other societies demand same price as premium/own on files.
