What are the main problems for buying a house in Airport Housing Society Sector 3, Rawalpindi, especially related to water, security, electricity, gas and conveyance and in which areas of sector 3?

As far as the society is concerned its advantage is the location. It’s also populated and has all the local amenities. The disadvantage is that the society is not well planned, has no good approach (although it maybe improved in the future to some extent), If you go to the older sectors you can see potholes in the streets. Lack of water is also a problem in the older sectors, particularly during the summer.
